Originates from the French Syrah varietal, cultivated with great care in the coolest spot in the estate’s vineyard, exclusively for producing rosé wine.
After the grapes are macerated at a low temperature, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 18°C.
It has a bright cherry colour with hues of blue and a rich aroma of red fruit (strawberry, cherry and blueberry) with notes of butterscotch.
It is a rich, balanced and full-bodied wine with excellent structure. Its refreshing acidity and fruity character give it a long, aromatic finish.
Try it chilled at 10°C in its first two years.
Food pairing shellfish, crayfish, lobster and shrimp, seafood pasta, but also sautéed mushrooms, vegetable-based dishes and various deli meats.
